I ordered from jiffyplants.com and was genuinely happy when it showed up sooner than I expected. The tracking was easy to follow, and the package arrived right when it said it would, which put me in a good mood because I really didn’t want any drama or delays. The plants looked good when they arrived too. Overall, super easy experience and I’d definitely order from them again.

"Nice enough plants, just a bit pricey"
The plants turned up fine and looked healthy, so I can’t really complain about that. I guess I just—well, I felt like the price was a little high for what I got, especially once delivery was added on. Not awful value, but I’ve definitely bought similar plants for less elsewhere. I’d maybe order again if there was a sale.

My plant showed up quickly, and the packaging was literally good enough to keep everything safe. The box had a small dent in it, but the plant was totally fine when I opened it.

Nowadays most of the sellers are sending without pots for saving courier charges. but the Jiffy Plants brand is always sent with a pot; that's the main advantage of ordering from them. I have informed them that one of my plant leaves broke during transit, and they immediately initiated its refund for that. Customer support is also responsive; overall, I am completely satisfied buying from Jiffy Plants.
